As I have ancestors involved, I want to chronicle the interconnections of the surnames mentioned (intermarriages of these families are quite frequent.. It was more of a family outing situation. If you look a the letters of Jesse Weber Bean you read of all these surnames.. These letters are attached to his and other profiles
- Matheys ~• as in State Sen. John Matheys
- Bean ~• as in the author of the piece and his father and perhaps the author's oldest brother as well
- Crawford
- Owen ~• descendant of the Gen."Mad" Anthony Wayne family
- also: an Owen married a Mathey; a Bean married an Owen
- Schrack ~• a Schrack married a Norris (as in Norristown and Norriton)
- Shearer ~• Augustus Shearer married a Shrack
- Markley
- Weber ~• the author's mother, Mary Weber and perhaps her brothers?
- Carson
