The aim of this project is to piece together our family history. There have been a number of separate publications produced over the years and the aim of this project is to collect all of the information into one section so all the various branches can finally meet (online anyway)

Our story begins with a man named Hijman Aron in the town of Cleves, Germany. Cleves At the time of Hijman's estimated birth Kleves, and the rest of the Germanic states were recovering from the 30 years war.
