Hi I am a direct descendant of Charles Melanson son of Priscilla and Pierre Laverdure. I have been researching for months the theory that someone started that Priscilla is the daughter of Richard Mallison and Sara Waterhouse. I have not found one government document from any source that shows any evidence of this at all. I have found that information from the "Millenium File" is just public opinion that has no written proof from anyone or anything official. There is no record of a birth. There is no record of a Christening. Do not use any last name for Priscilla mother of Charles Pierre and John wife of Pierre or Capt Smith because it will make your family tree full of false relatives. If you are in the Nova Scotia blood line and Priscilla is in your tree delete her last name and any parents that you have in for her. You will regret using any other persons tree data because it is all speculation. Sara Waterhouse is a descendant of Sir Gilbert Waterhouse from Yorkshire. He was the first person to have the name Waterhouse added as a Surname after the Viking invasion of 1066. He is a descendant of William the Conquer. YES trust me he is. So by using Sara Waterhouse as the mother of Priscilla in your tree is a false bloodline for you. I followed Sir Gilbert's bloodline from the 1200's in Yorkshire, England all the way to 500 B.C. Every King of Sweden, Denmark and Troy is in it. Charles Melanson is NOT a descendant of Sir Gilbert Waterhouse and most likely neither are you. When someone comes forward with a document that has Priscilla parents on it then you can add her parents. Until then it has been written by professional Genealogists to leave her last name blank and without parents. I'm sorry but this is all fact. Doing it any other way is a wild goose chase with no reward just wasted time and false hopes.
