"Between the 1700’s and the 1800’s, Don Ubaldo Rojas settled in Ibaan, Batangas. His clan extended to different parts of the country. One of his sons, Bernabe Rojas, lived in Lucsuhin, Ibaan. He was a farmer, sugar cane planter, and married Irene Ilustre. Don Ubaldo’s only daughter, Crisanta Rojas, lived in the town of Ibaan and married Gervacio Bago. Angel Rojas resided in Rosario, Batangas, Jose Rojas resided in Lipa, Batangas, and Innocente Rojas stayed in Ibaan, Batangas and married Benita Karingal.

I am the great great granddaughter of Crisanta Rojas who married Gervacio Bago, grandson of Kapitan Roman Karingal, owner of the largest, still standing bahay-na-bato at the center of Ibaan. This union has produced teachers, superintendent of schools, first surgeon of FEU; accountants, statisticians, businessmen, lawyer, first orthopaedic surgeon, ENT, neurosurgeon, ophthalmologist, radiologist etc of this town. As of last count this union has already produced 25 doctors of medicine in various fields.
I am looking for the roots of Don Ubaldo Rojas, his wife- my great great grandmother. Your help would be much appreciated.
