About the Wray surname

My third great grandfather was Andrew Wray 1777-1850 VA. His father was Moses Wray 1710-1800 VA, listed on find a grave. Moses and Elizabeth Mary Morris had about fifteen children. So many of us are looking for these sons and daughters. Also my Andrew had a son Andrew Wray Jr. 1813 born North Carolina moved to Indiana and married Charlotte Cox-Wray. He died in Decatur, Iowa. I will list some of Moses' children realizing fully that there could be more or less so maybe we can compare nots. So: Cary Morris Wray, Moses Wray 1745, James Morris Wray 1756, (Rhea), James Bunting Wray 1757, Benjamin Oat Wray, 1757, Ezekiel Rhea 1759, Jacob Wray 1760, Elijah Rhea 1762, George Wray 1763, John Wray 1764, Isaac Wray 1766, Thomas Wray 1766, William Wray 1767, Margaret Wray 1770, Rebecca Wray/Rhea 1770, Mary Wray/Rhea 1770, Andrew Wray 1777-1850. Does anyone know for sure which country were from? Or heritage? I assume we're R1b as most the Wray's I've seen are but would love to know. I've heard Yorkshire, Wales, Ireland as origins. Anyone know for sure? For a location or legal description and children's names Moses is on find a grave with long info. About land purchases and places lived. Many used Ray after this time period but certainly not everyone. Our family is Wray but some censuses list Ray I think one or two Rhea. So if anyone is interested I'm Anita Wray-White noirart10@gmail.com you can reach me there. I want to do the full YDNA but don't have the money yet. My daughter did our maternal but it wouldn't help this paternal line.
