I am sure you are correct - her birth Surname was Dreyer. She was never married to a Dreyer.

what was the outcome of this discussion?
I came upon the birth inscription for Anna Maria Elizabeth Erasmus, f4g3 , and she was most definitely the daughter of Johannes Dreyer, not his wife.
I am attaching the source for reference.
Oh, and I am changing her birth date from 1865 to 1866 - as per the source.
