Hi! I haven’t yet found information about the fate of your grandmother Helena Siegel, but I do know about her parents (your great-grandparents) Perel Leah Siegel (nee Rosenfeld) and Israel Siegel. The Siegel family owned and ran several bakeries in Alwernia.
Perel Leah and Israel’s last known address as of June 8, 1942 was Hedwigstrasse 330 in the Chrzanow Ghetto. From there, they were likely deported to Auschwitz, but I have not yet confirmed this via official documents.

I know that Helena Siegel had 4 siblings (Manya, Regina, Pinchas, and Tania) and they all perished in the Shoah.
