William Heal - Is Family Search record a correct match

Nov 2020 : According to FS, the parents match my knowledge. But there is some disparity with siblings. It lists as below.

Mary, Eli and Emily do not occur in my tree. Could it be they were born after the 1851 Census?
Eli may be an alternative "first name"
Later census records and birth / marriage / death records might also clear up the uncertainty
