This is an ancestral uncle of mine, not direct, so I don't know a whole lot about his connections. However, I had come across duplicates for him and merged those. That resulted in a couple of things:
1. One of his profiles had wife Martha Johnson and the other had wife Charlotte Johnson. I've seen Martha listed as his wife in Ancestry trees but have no idea where Charlotte came from or if he was actually married twice.
2. He has a son James by both wives, James Lewis Jr. by wife Martha and just James by wife Charlotte. Again, both may be correct. I don't know.
3. I know for certain James Lewis Jr. was married to Elizabeth Speed. James is showing married to Margaret Renfrow and I have no information on that.
My thought is that James Lewis Jr. and wife Elizabeth Speed are definitely connected correctly since I'm familiar with them and have seen documentation. That leads me to believe that maybe Charlotte Johnston was married to a different James Duckworth and her son isn't the son of James Lewis Sr., which would make sense of why I've never seen her name or her son's connections. I even Googled to try to find some info on them to document their connections and found nothing.
So I put 'Needs documentation' in this profile and that of his mother Charolotte:
I did that rather than disconnect them because hopefully someone more closely related has the answers and can sort them out and document the connections if they're validate.
