Hi Curator.

I have been trying to achieve this merge for Phyllis Karel for some time, but it does not appear that the duplicate profile has a manager.
I am in touch with Phyllis Karel and she has asked me to try to clean up profiles for her and her family.

Hi Gary,

Curators don't read all public posted messages. The problem most likely is that Phyllis appears to be the owner of the other profile. She would need to approve the merge of the profile managed by you.
