Capt. Richard Gist - 2 X Richard Gist - thoughts please

Have removed the grandparents who were linked as doubled parents

Using the sourced Maryland book on the Gist Family... I only find 2 RICHARD's in the book .

Also, the book only lists 2 children for Nathaniel son of Richard, Zipporah and Christopher so the parents on this profile look wrong too. If the book is definitive the parents on this profile would be Capt. Christopher Gist and Sarah Howard. If correct the death date would be 1780.

1-Christopher Gist the immigrant and his wife were in Maryland before 1682.
2---(Capt) RICHARD Gist is their only child, born c1683 married Zipporah Murray 1704 and have 4 sons and 2 daughters
