I am a customer of MyHeritage. They are now using Geni as way to estimate how DNA matches are related, AKA Family Theory of Relativity. Unfortunately there are many errors in the Geni tree and those mistakes are being picked up by their customers and being confirmed as matches.
For instance, my great grandmother is Flora Belle Shaver (Overfield). There was a lady with the same name born within 2 year in the same county (Braxton County, WV). People have selected her as being the identity as my great grandmother on Geni. Now MyHeritage is using that person in their estimates for their Theory of Relativity and are confirming the relationship. The error is now perpetuated and most likely can never be fixed.
How can I, as an non-paying member, correct this error if I cannot contact anyone linked to her profile on your Geni tree?
