I believe there is an error in this man's name. On Ancestry they show that his wife Zemily / Zemley married a Payne, not a Henslee. Notice his father's name - David Henslee Payne and his father before him was a Payne. I believe this was David Henslee Payne Jr. It's makes sense, but his name as it is seems scrambled. Notice all this children go by the Payne surname.
