I am looking for descendants of Martin Bernard Johansen and Edvard Rikard Johansen; they were my grandfather's (Johan Bertinius Johansen) brothers. My grandfather immigrated to the US in 1907 and I would like to locate any of his brother's family. I believe both Martin and Edvard stayed in Norway but am not positive of this. I wonder if Martin and Edvard had children may have moved to the US, as my grandfather apparently corresponded with a relative who lived in the Midwest US.
My grandfather's mother died when he was just over one year old and I know that his father remarried twice after that.
