I collaborate with somenone and I'm not allowed to view documents added to a profile although he already added me as a manager. Any ideas?

It may help to give a link to the profile and if possible a document title

There are 20 documents under the media tab. One is for example "Newspapers.com - Chicago Tribune - 30 Dec 1898 - Page 5"

Thank you in advance!

I think this is because you need a MH data subscription to see non free sources from MyHeritage.
As a Pro user with such a subscription I can look at the document, but not as a basic user without the subscription.
The document does not contain much additional info:
Publication Info: {"DATA"=>"Chicago Tribune", "date"=>{"year"=>1898, "month"=>12, "day"=>30}, "location"=>{"place_name"=>"Chicago, Illinois"}}

It could also be the user added them as private documents.

It looks like the sources did not come from MH but from Ancestry. I do not have an Ancestry subscription, so I do not know exactly how those sources where added to Geni. So maybe someone else can help to better. You can try posting in https://www.geni.com/discussions/245980

I will try. Thank you, Job.

Documents can be set as Public or Private.

A Public Document can be read by anyone.

A Private Document can only be read by someone in the Max Family of a Profile tagged in it (or possibly also in the Max Family of the person who created it).

Being a Manager of the Profile makes no difference. So of course Collaborating with the Manager makes no difference.
Pretty sure Collaborating with the person who uploaded them should also make no difference.
