You, as a curator, may need to look at it with your profile off C mode?
I understand locked profiles but she has nothing but a Wikipedia link for now

As long as she is not connected to the world tree, you cannot edit or add profiles unless you will either add yourself as manager or collaborate with René Robert G S

It's not actually empty because it only contains a link to her Wikipedia article.
