Mrs. Elizabeth Porter married James Vincent/Vinson on 1 Jan 1800 in Charleston, SC. However, that James Vincent was a merchant from Boston who died at sea in early 1800. This is proven by records found in Charleston, SC (from my personal research there.)
That James Vincent is not related to us. His wife Elizabeth has no connection to this family whatsoever.
