Why don't you just correct it yourself?

because it wont let me. I want her off my tree. Too many mistakes. And I cant find her relationship to my tree.

Can you post a link to her profile and to the profile with the incorrect information?

Can you explain what you mean when you say "my tree"

You should be able to see and edit any profile back to 3rd great grandparent and out to 4th cousin -
except for other Geni users (they will have an Activity Tab)
and / or if there is blocking going on.
If there is blocking, I believe you cannot see anything on the profile, so you will not know there are errors.

Lois. how can I delete the duplicate name and profiles. She is not reviewing the first names before posting. i.e there is a Betty Ladd and then a Betty Brown

Is Mary Susan Huggart the person you are saying is doing the posting?
I see on Oct. 12, 2022 you posted "please delete this Unknown Ladd. She is my mother and is already named in this profile. Thank you" on her Guestbook - no links to anything - so totally meaningless.

You posted, on one of the copies of profile of Betty Lou Brown - "This is not correct. Please delete. Betty is my mother. I should know. Lol" - but you did not include your name. And now the two versions have been merged - which is what is supposed to happen with duplicates -
so maybe you want to delete that?

If somebody creates a Duplicate, the two should be merged, not one deleted.
Creating duplicates is Not the Same as posting incorrect information.
