Just pondering the info. I was reading the profile notes that states it's thought by some that Richard Carlisle's wife's maiden name was Chambliss, even though she's listed on Geni as Mary Tatum. The reasoning is that Nathaniel named a son Chambliss. However, I've always seen Nathaniel's wife listed as Lydia Chambliss in other trees and that being the reason they have a son named Chambliss, which makes more sense than a conflict on his mother's maiden name.
