The book you are looking for seems quite old and rare since originally published by a university press in 1940. The auction also happened long ago in 2016.
So if you are interested in German linguistics I suggest to contact Germanistics department at Pécs University directly. Funny that their webpage is only available in Hungarian. Maybe you should pick a contact from https://btk.pte.hu/hu/germanisztika/nemet-nyelveszeti-tanszek then click on "Munkatársak" (employees).
