Unresponsive Profile Manager & incorrect profile added to family tree

A profile has been added to the family tree together with a great number of descendants.

This profile is an error. The correct profile, already on the tree, is Charles Elvin

I have tried since 2016 to contact the Profile Manager of the incorrect profile but have never had a response. Neither am I able to delete the incorrect profile.

How do I get the mistake rectified?
