Sura Malka Levenshtyn (Derbaremdiker) - Sister's with the same first name's?

Dear Rabbi Schechter/Shefer, the topic you raised has been on my mind for years. I am not aware of documents reliably evidencing the names of the daughters of Rabbi Yisroel of Pikov; however, I am aware of a tradition that he had a daughter by the name of Sara Sosha who was the wife of Rabbi Naftoli Hirsh, great grandson of the Besht. There is documentation (Montifiore census) that such couple lived in Teverya and were buried there (see photos of the Matzevot in their Geni profiles, indicating that wife passed in 1878 / תרל״ח, but no mention of a connection to RLYB).My family tradition of our connection to RLYB is somewhat different, though we also believe we descended from a Sarah, daughter of Rabbi Yisroel of Pikov. We have documentation from an 1850 census in Berditchev showing the matriarch of the family as Sura Malka (born circa 1790), wife of Fishel Meylech (Elimelech) and daughter of Srul (Yisroel). We have also obtained a photo of a Matzeva from Berditchev with the name Sura Malka daughter of the Rav of Pikov. Unfortunately, I haven't been able yet to reconcile these seemingly contradictory traditions.

But the name Milke in Hebrew is sometimes spelled the same as the name Malka. But I didn’t yet see everything.
But what I know for a fact, that sometimes a head tombstone, is not real proof of a person’s exact name. This is the case by the very well known brother of the Rebbe Reb Elimelech of Lizhensk the Rebbe Reb Zisha/Zusha. The father’s name on his head tombstone is totally incorrect. & The Rebbe Reb Zishu’s name himself, is signed differently in various Sefarim where he gave his approval to print them.
I know from my own great grandmother that my grandfather ordered a headstone, and her name is spelled vastly incorrectly. & it remains her tombstone till today. So I don’t think that names on a census, are any more accurate than a head tombstone.

According to family tradition, Sarah Sosha was the "daughter" of R' Israel of Pikov, but this is impossible since "Sarah Malka" daughter of R' Israel of Pikov tombstone was found in Berdichev (BTW, In the kvitel of Rabbi Chaim of Krosna, she is mentioned only as Malka). Therefore, it is impossible that he had a daughter named "Sarah Sosha". Apparently Sarah Sosha was R' Israel of Pikov's "granddaughter" (maybe the daughter of Shmul Shmelke who was named "Sarah" and born in 1801/2).

Today, the word נכדה usually means granddaughter. However, in the past it could also mean great granddaughter, or even descendant. Therefore, maybe the mentioned family tradition referred to Sara the נכדה of R' Levi Itzhak, through his son Israel, but actually meant R' Levi Itzhak's great granddaughter (and not granddaughter).
