The Great Migration Begins has no origins for Dea. Samuel Haines, Sr. and no reliable evidence is seen so far to to support him as son of John Haines and Mary Thornton or Jane Haines
He’s been detached from them. If anyone knows otherwise, please advise. Haines or Haynes is a common - enough name to make his origins problematic.
