Verify headstone image

I'm not sure the headstone photo included here is the correct Catherine/Catharine/Katharine.

The page it's posted on is http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/dauphin/tsimages/stjohns-berrysburg.htm is a cemetery in Berrysburg, PA and has:

Catharine BONAWITZ 12/28/1805-4/11/1870, aged 64y 3m 13d, wife of John Bonawitz

The .pdf document attached here about Johannes includes that she is buried in Pine Grove, PA:

"His wife’s grave can be found in the far
left corner near the back. Her stone is weathered as well but
in the right light leaves no doubt—Catharina, wife of
Johannes Bonawitz, died 16 March 1843, aged 79y 6m."

Also, the birth and death dates do not match.

Does anyone know if the Catharine in the photo here is actually related or no?
