John Stampe is the earliest-known ancestor in the Stamps line.
Also, there is a "John Lord" (b. 1363) showing as his father. I have never heard of this. Does anyone have documentation about a John Lord being the father of John Stampe?
The profile of John Stampe has become tangled.
In the process of trying to retain the "John Lord" profile, in the event there is documentation I don't have, I was trying to leave it as-is without deleting it, but in the process, the profiles became even further tangled up.
I have sent in a help request and will see if Geni programmers can solve the issue.
If not, we may have to delete some of the top-most profiles (top ancestors) until it is resolved, then re-add them... unless someone else has a suggestion.
