You can delete profiles by hitting the [x] in the upper right corner of the profile node in standard tree view.
Only leaf nodes can be deleted, i.e. not a node connecting two profiles.
You cannot delete user profiles and others depends on your permissions, but in general you should never delete profiles managed by others unless agreed on that, - you risk getting suspended and in any case most users who get an email about deleted profiles will restore them.
When entering the trial - did you got an email about how to cancel?
