Eduardo - There isn't a commercial phone number available. There are a variety of ways to make a connection. It depends on your need.

Often, fellow users can answer questions.

You can also seek assistance through the "Help" link found at the bottom of page.

Just cancel your subscription in your account settings you find a link to in the menu under your name in the top right corner of almost every page.

Don't cancel today -- whatever credit cards were going to be billed today, already have been billed. Customer Service will be able to deal with this before tomorrow's billing run.

Hi Deanne,

At the bottom of the Family menu is "Print Tree Poster" -- it takes you to where you can customize what the printed poster will look like. After you've designed it, you can click the "Checkout" button at the top right to see the print products and their prices. If you don't want a frame, the best option would by the 16"x20" Basic Tree Poster for $29.99 plus shipping and tax, depending on what state you're in.

You can delete profiles by hitting the [x] in the upper right corner of the profile node in standard tree view.
Only leaf nodes can be deleted, i.e. not a node connecting two profiles.
You cannot delete user profiles and others depends on your permissions, but in general you should never delete profiles managed by others unless agreed on that, - you risk getting suspended and in any case most users who get an email about deleted profiles will restore them.

By any chance - did you merge your own profile with another copy of it? This is one action that sometimes seems to create problems, even tho it should not.
