Daniel Mason

My grandfather's research (from the mid 1950s) says that "Daniel was born February 19, 1649, graduated from Harvard in 1666 and went as a surgeon on a vessel from Charlestown (John Ellson of that town, as master). He was captured as tradition tells, by an Algerian corsair and probably died in Barbary."
