half-siblings? for Frederick Philipse?

His father married once (the dau of the governor of the island, Barbados). The father and mother died soon after (and the son of Philip, Frederick, born in Barbados, raised in NY, became the second lord of the Manor of Philipsburg) . I don't think these half-siblings are his (so many of the family have the same name that it is easy to get confused).
