Not sure why David Townsend is listed as “half brother”.
Certainly not a half brother. All the children were progeny of Robert Harry Townsend and Emma Louisa Townsend. Must be a typo.
I have tried to edit this error but cannot find where it may be done. The 1 other listed as a child was the eldest Richard William Townsend.
