I suspect Sultana's maiden name is actually Ergas and she is the same Sultana, daughter of Joseph Ergas and Tamar Fransez, making this a marriage of first cousins.
Given that Morris first married his niece, and she was quick to exit that marriage, I think this was the next arranged marriage: daughter Mary Pesach to Morris Ergas.
