Francis John Beer - Francis John Beer was NOT the son of John Samuel Beer and Jane Vice

John Samuel Beer (1832-1906) married Jane Vice (name at time of marriage was Boundy -- she was a widow) in 1863, after his first wife, Eliza Ann Back, died in 1862. There does not appear to be any evidence that Francis John Beer b. 1859 was their son. The General Register Office index (https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/indexes_search.asp) indicates that the birth of Francis John Beer was in 4Q1859 in Plymouth and his mother's maiden name was FOSTER (not Vice). Also, Francis does not appear on either the 1861 or 1871 censuses with either Jane née Vice or John Samuel Beer.

It would be helpful if someone could correct this on Geni. I have sent a message to the person who incorrectly added this information on Geni and hope that it is corrected.
