Elie Matinier - Suspect identification of him being father of Étienne may be incorrect

Marriage record of Étienne Matinier and Julienne l"Amy is at link below. Others have translated the last line as "Charles Marinier father of the spouse." I can't decipher 400 year old french handwriting, but I do know French and but for the first name that I can't decipher it is correct.
