Samuel Riggs - Conflicting Parents

This Samuel has two sets of same-name parents. I was going to attempt to merge them but discovered, for example, the two mothers named Frances / Francis Colburn are from different states and other details don't match. So they don't appear to be the same person.

There are no notes in the Overview to help clarify the parents. I'm hoping someone know the lines and can validate the correct parents and disconnect the incorrect ones so the Geni pathways are correct.
