James Richard McDonald - Connections and Haplogroup Conflicts

The fact there are 3 conflicing Y haplogroups attached, it gives rise to these connections. On Ancestry, this James Richard McDonald only has one wife connected and it's not Margaret Greer. All the trees on there show:

So I'm wondering if Margaret Greer and her family aren't perhaps connected to the wrong McDonald family. That would explain some of the haplogroup conflicts.
