OLIVE Edgar (KILLAM) - Possible death in late 1881 or Jan 1882, birth around 1836?

Found a funeral record from January 1882. Only lists a Ms. Samuel Edgar. Record is "David H. and Burton J. Kollock Undertakers 706 S. 2nd Street, Philadelphia PA, 3 September 1881 - 3 July 1885". It lists a 46, perhaps her age? Has an address of 1325 So. 7th Street. Not sure if its the same one.
