Sally Robertson

It is clear from the ages of his children that Thomas Robertson was married before his 1803 marriage to Naomi Wade. She cannot have been the mother of his children.

The name of James' Robertson's first wife is unknown, but is given in some secondary sources as Sally Angle. However, her brother Peter Angle is said to have been the first Angle in America. She has perhaps been confused with her daughter Sally, who married Peter Angle's son.
