    Ada de Baliol was daughter and heiress of Hugh de Baliol, and grand-aunt of John Baliol, King of Scotland.

She was born circa 1182 at Barnard Castle, County Durham, England. 

She was the daughter of Hugh de Baliol, Baron of Biwell and Cecily de Fontaine.

Ada de Baliol married John fitz Robert the Surety, 3rd Lord of Warkworth Castle, son of Robert fitz Roger, 2nd Baron of Warkworth and Margaret de Cheney, circa 1200 at Stokesley, North Yorkshire, England.

Ada de Baliol was a witness where Robert fitz Roger, 1st Lord Clavering committed to the care of William de Valence, the half-brother of the king, Edward I, although his grandmother, 

Ada de Baliol, offered 2,200 marks for the wardship, between 1249 and 1268.2 Ada de Baliol died on 29 July 1251 at England.
