About Reverend Andrew Hay, minister of the Gospel at Erskine
Biographical Summary
"Andrew Hay, M.A., son of Andrew H., min. of Renfrew ; min. at Erskine in 1590; trans, to this charge in 1593. On 7th May 1594, the Presb. of Glasgow complained to the Presb. of Paisley as to H.'s conduct while resident within their bounds, " he noways behaving himself according to his calling."
