William Jones..4,2 As of after 30 August 1669,her married name was Michael.4 Ann made a will on 4 May 1674 at Northampton Co, VA. Whereas by the will of my dearly deceased husband I was given the right to dispose of his seat of land at Hungars Creek to any of his grandchildren then living: To William and Michael Rickards, the children of Michael Rickards, Sr., by his present wife Ann the dau. of my said husband (Capt.) William Jones, 550 A. according to the pattent dated 10 June 1664 to be eq. div; and if either of them die in their minority, the survivor to have the whole. To Jones Rickards 300 A. at the head of the aforenamed 550 A. according to the pattent dated 23 Oct. 1669. To Ann the dau. of Michael Rickards, Sr., the just third part of all my animals. To William, Michael, Mary, Elizabeth and Jones the children of Michael Rickards, Sr., the remainder of my animals, when they come to age. My well-beloved son Michael Rickards and my dau. Anne his wife extrs. Witt: John Lucas, William Westerhouse.1 She died before 29 March 1675 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that her will was probated.1
