He was fond of legal fights and used to have many litigations at a time.He inherited a legasy of estate comprising hundred villages but wasted a lot and left behind a huge number of caces pending in various courts at various levels.

He married thrice,first a girl Akhauries of Dhamar Estate of Arah,second in big zamindar family Kesath also distt Arah and third a girl of humble family of Vill. Chaugai.There was only one daughter from Dhamarwali married at Ghazipur.From Kesathwali there were four issues two daughters and two sons and Chaugaiwaly had no issues.

He at one time had received head injury and had lost his mental equilibrium at the end.
