About Briccio Pantas

Briccio B. Pantas served as the Secretary of Justice of the Katipunan and took on the alias "Bungahan". He worked as the Secretario del juzgado de Quiapo. He was a member of La Liga Filipina; and was present at the Cry of Balintawak in Aug 1896. He was deported to Chafarinas, Africa and released after the revolution.

He became a member of the Partido Nacionalista in 1901. He was appointed Justice of the Peace for Binan, Laguna. A public school in Bungahan, Cuenca, Batangas was named in his memory.
