About Kriemhild, {Nibelungenlied}

Kriemhild is a fictional character based on Gudrun. She is sister to the Burgundian kings Gunther, Gernot, and Giselher. In the Nibelungenlied, the southern version of the story, Kriemhild marries Etzel, a fictional version of Attila the Hun, kills her brothers to get the Nibelung gold back, and is killed in turn by Dietrich von Bern.

Might be the same as Kriemhilt and Gudrun. Attila's last wife.
