Christian Erskine was the daughter of Sir John Erskine of Kinnoull.[1]

She married, firstly, John Crichton before 1456.[1]

She married, secondly, Sir Robert Crichton, 1st Lord Crichton of Sanquhar, son of Sir Robert Crichton of Sanquhar and Elizabeth Erskine, before 1457.[1]

From before 1456, her married name became Crichton.
