Cordelia (Hornaday) Knott was a businesswoman and restauranteur. She was the high school sweetheart (Pomona High School) and wife of Knott's Berry Farm founder Walter Knott, and is best remembered for her famous chicken dinner restaurant, which is still in operation today.
Walter Knott and Cordelia Hornaday married in 1911.
