Elizabeth Martha Juhan

Elizabeth Martha Bourdeaux was the daughter of Daniel Bourdeaux and wife Martha Smith. She was born March 2, 1772 in Charleston, South Carolina and died September 1, 1816 in Barnwell District, South Carolina.

Elizabeth married Stephen Alexander Juhan, son of Jean Jacques Juhan and wife Marie Payzant, on February 29, 1792, at Independent Congregational Circular Church, in Charleston, South Carolina. They settled in what became Barnwell District (later Barnwell County), near the Carolina-Georgia border.

• Cloth R. Juhan, b. Abt. 1814, Barnwell Didtrict, South Carolinia; m. Ebenezer Califf, 31 Oct 1833;
• Eliza Grizelle Juhan, unmarried
• Lewis Juhan, married, no issue
