About [clarissima Femina]

Her name is unknown, but is reconstructed as Syagria or Flavia Syagria based on naming patterns. She is described by online sources (Wikipedia, etc.) as a "clarissima femina" who is presumed to be born around the same time as her husband, Tonantius Ferreolus. According to the reconstruction of this pedigree by Christian Settipani, she was probably daughter of Flavius Afranius Syagrius.

From the French Wikipedia page on her son, Tonantius Ferreolus:

He was a member of the Syagrii family (maternal grandson of Consul Flavius Afranius Syagrius of 382), he was also a relative of Sidonius Apollinaris. Their wives indeed had the same name of Papianille which may suggest that they were relatives (the wife of Sidonius was herself the daughter of Emperor Avitus).

Sources

In other references, the lady, holder of the profile, is also designated Clarissima Afrânius des Arvernnes (or Auvergne, Alvernia or Arvenia) in French: AuvergneA, in reference to the portion of the future French territory, and which was at that time, ruled by her father, Flavius Syagrius, in the name of Rome
