About Fred Augustus Humphrey
Traveled with a Chatauqua show for 5 summers. These travels introduced him to Co. and is the reason he chose to live and practice medicine there.
First set up his medical practice in Wellington, Co. in 1922 and then moved it to Ft. Collins 3 years later. Stroke in 1976 was the cause of his retirement.
Responsible for bringing Woodward Governor to Ft. Collins in the late 50's.
President of Colorado Medical Society, 1949.
