Sister of Margaret Godfrey; James Godfrey, Jr.; Annie Godfrey; Elmer Godfrey; Lawrence Godfrey; Fred Godfrey; Bertha Godfrey; Thomas Godfrey and Earle Godfrey. Gloria was named "Mary Josephine Godfrey" - her name was changed when she was adopted (that's what family members told me). Gloria and her sister, Bertha went to New Jersey with their oldest sister (Annie). Gloria was adopted when she was very young by a doctor and his wife. Her last name was changed to Cotton.
