It seems that he had at least 2 wives: Rebecca Clementine Page (October 13, 1867 DeKalb Co, TN) one son Paralee Francis Trusty (September 9/10, 1874 DeKalb Co, TN) {There is a third marriage listed in DeKalb County, TN on October 23, 1855/1856 to Lucinda Johnson; I believe if this is him he would have been about 15 years old, so am unsure if it is him}

Records show that the mother of his son, James Robert Love born January 25, 1870 was Rebecca Clementine Page (Rackley?). James Robert Love died March 30, 1956 and is also buried in Whorton Springs Cemetery in Smithville. Rebecca was born in 1846 and died in 1873.
