• 1923 Daughter, the Hon. Mrs Coventry, having married the grandson and heir of the Earl of Coventry, lived in the castle with her husband. When they inherited the title they moved away to Worcester.

• The Hon Mrs Fisher-Hoch, widow of the 10 th Earl of Coventry and of Major Terrance Fisher- Hoch of Carmarthen, Dyfed, who died last April, left estate valued at £1,282,461 net. She left her Nissan Prairie LX Estate Car specially adapted to carry a wheelchair along with her cherished registration number FH4 to Coomb Cheshire Home, Carmarthen.
